By registering for an OnPlay License, you agree to the following terms:
1. One Person, One License
- Each OnPlay License represents exactly one (1) individual.
- You may not borrow, give, transfer, sell, or share your OnPlay License with any other person.
- Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) OnPlay License at a time. Maintaining multiple Licenses for the same individual is strictly prohibited.
2. Tournament Participation
- You may only register for and participate in OnPlay events using your own OnPlay License.
- Entering any official OnPlay event using another person's License — or allowing another person to enter using yours — is prohibited.
3. Prize Collection
- When collecting prizes, the recipient's full legal name and surname must exactly match those on the registered OnPlay License account.
- Prizes will not be released to any person whose identification does not match the registered License holder.
4. Identity Verification
- OnPlay reserves the right to request government-issued photo ID at any time to verify the License holder's identity, particularly during prize distribution.
5. Violation and Forfeiture
Violation of any term above will result in:
- Immediate forfeiture of any tournament results, standings, and rankings tied to your participation.
- Forfeiture of any prizes earned at affected events, with no refund or compensation.
- Disqualification from the affected events.
- Suspension or termination of the offending OnPlay License at OnPlay's discretion.
6. Acceptance
By submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

โดยการสมัครบัญชี OnPlay License ผู้สมัครยอมรับข้อตกลงดังต่อไปนี้

- บัญชี OnPlay License แต่ละบัญชีใช้แทน "หนึ่งบุคคล" เท่านั้น

- ผู้ใช้แต่ละคนสามารถมีบัญชี OnPlay License ได้ เพียงหนึ่งบัญชี เท่านั้น ห้ามมีบัญชีหลายอันต่อหนึ่งคน
2. การเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน
- ผู้ใช้ต้องลงทะเบียนและเข้าร่วม event ด้วย บัญชี OnPlay License ของตนเอง เท่านั้น
- ห้ามใช้บัญชีของผู้อื่นเข้าแข่งขัน หรือให้ผู้อื่นใช้บัญชีของตน
3. การรับรางวัล
- เมื่อรับรางวัล ชื่อ-นามสกุล ของผู้รับต้องตรงกับข้อมูลที่ลงทะเบียนในบัญชี OnPlay License
- หากชื่อ-นามสกุลตามบัตรประชาชน/หนังสือเดินทาง ไม่ตรงกับข้อมูลในบัญชี OnPlay จะไม่สามารถรับรางวัลได้
4. การยืนยันตัวตน
- OnPlay สงวนสิทธิ์ขอตรวจบัตรประชาชน/หนังสือเดินทางเพื่อยืนยันตัวผู้ถือบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยเฉพาะในขั้นตอนการรับรางวัล
5. การละเมิดและการตัดสิทธิ์
หากละเมิดข้อตกลงข้างต้น ผู้ใช้จะถูก:
- ตัดสิทธิ์ทันที จากผลการแข่งขัน อันดับ และคะแนนสะสมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ริบรางวัล ที่ได้รับจากการแข่งขันที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยไม่มีการคืนเงินหรือชดเชย
- ตัดสิทธิ์ จากการเข้าร่วม event ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ระงับหรือยกเลิก บัญชี OnPlay License ตามดุลยพินิจของ OnPlay
6. การยอมรับข้อตกลง
การส่งใบสมัครถือว่าผู้สมัครได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อตกลงเหล่านี้แล้ว
